Shifting Perspectives Workshop
In this workshop, we will walk your leaders through what makes conflict so difficult and why most of us shy away from it or don't have the skills to navigate the conflict effectively.

This training empowers your leaders to become Ekatā certified facilitators of a Conflict Resolution Council (CRC). Your leaders will not only be equipped to lead their own CRC sessions, but also serve as valuable resources for other teams facing conflict within the company.
