Shifting Perspectives Workshop

In this workshop, we will walk your leaders through what makes conflict so difficult and why most of us shy away from it or don't have the skills to navigate the conflict effectively.

 

During this session, your team will gain insights into how to approach conflict productively and learn to view conflict as an opportunity for communication, instead of something to run from. Your leaders will learn the dynamics of conflict in the workplace and how to bring curiosity to conversations that will help them move through issues that build trust and mutual respect for all parties involved.

Conflict Resolution Council
Facilitator Training

This training empowers your leaders to become Ekatā certified facilitators of a Conflict Resolution Council (CRC). Your leaders will not only be equipped to lead their own CRC sessions, but also serve as valuable resources for other teams facing conflict within the company. Through this program, leaders will master the CRC methodology, gain hands-on experience to lead councils, and confidently support teams in resolving conflicts.

These meetings are designed to ensure conflict is resolved in positive, productive and professional ways, and are effective for teams that:
