Hello! I'm Kelli, one of the Co-Founders of Ekatā! I am a leader, group facilitator, event host, and community creator. Sara and I created Ekatā to elevate the human experience within workplaces and groups by developing strong leaders who communicate well, collaborate, and cooperate with each other. We build leadership skills through playing interactive games focusing on key elements leaders need to develop strong teams and communities.
I love helping others improve their leadership practices by developing essential interpersonal skills that can increase confidence and elevate the culture within their organization.

Hi! I'm Sara, the other Co-Founder of Ekatā. As someone who has spent over 30 years in executive roles, consulting, and entrepreneurship, I am truly passionate about developing and empowering leaders and building community. I love facilitating transformative workshops that foster connection and spark a culture of empowered leadership.
I am dedicated to bringing essential principles of leadership development, conflict resolution, and community building into organizations. I understand the challenges many face—whether it’s high attrition rates, ineffective leadership, poor employee engagement, or internal conflicts. I strive to collaborate with companies across various industries to create an environment where authentic leadership can flourish. My goal is to cultivate a safe and nurturing space for growth, where everyone feels empowered to thrive. I’m excited to work together to elevate your organization!

Our Story
Our journey began in 2001 when Kelli met Justin, who would later become her husband, and who also happens to be Sara's cousin! As our relationship blossomed, the bond between us grew. Our friendship became stronger with each passing year, and today, we are inseparable.
Our shared passion for fostering authentic communication and building communities through transformative education brought us even closer together. With a deep desire to empower others and create thriving cultures, we decided to venture into business together. In the year 2020, we were presented with the perfect opportunity to realize our dreams by becoming group facilitators, which ignited the path we find ourselves on today!
Fueled with excitement and a vision of endless possibilities, we set out to create powerful programs that inspire profound change in teams and organizations. Through our efforts, we now offer carefully curated transformative experiences that enhance communication, foster connections, and strengthen communities within workplaces.
