Conflict Resolution Council Training

This training empowers your leaders to become Ekatā certified facilitators of the Conflict Resolution Council (CRC) Model. Your leaders will not only be equipped to lead their own CRC meetings, but will also serve as valuable resources for other teams facing conflict within the company. Through this program, leaders will master the CRC methodology, gain hands-on experience to lead councils, and confidently support teams in resolving conflicts.
