Conflict Resolution for Teams

This half-day training is designed to equip leaders with the skills and confidence to effectively facilitate conflict resolution among team members. We know that unresolved interpersonal tension can undermine productivity and morale. Leaders will learn and practice key strategies to facilitate difficult conversations, foster healthy dialogue, and guide their teams toward lasting resolution. The training will introduce you to the Conflict Resolution Council Meeting framework, a structured, step-by-step approach to navigating conflict with clarity and fairness. Through hands-on practice with real-world scenarios, you'll be able to immediately apply these skills in your workplace. By the end of this session, you'll be better equipped to transform conflict from a source of friction into an opportunity for growth and stronger team cohesion.
